Coed 3 pitch softball @ Doyle Park on Saturday June 25 @ 9:00am (12 TEAM MAXIMUM)
Games will be 50 minute time limit. No new inning after 50 mins has been reached.
Format will be 7 men 3 women.
Batting order must have a female bat every 3rd batter.
Teams can play with more women but must have at least 3.
ASA approved bats only.
Teams will play with a protective screen in front of the mound. There are also rules in place that requires the pitcher from the hitting team to put this screen down on plays from the outfield. We will have a more detailed set of rules at the tournament. And umpires can explain rule in more detail.
We follow basic ASA guidelines
Winners of each pool will advance to semifinal round. And ranked 1-3 4th seed will be next best record, then run differential, then runs scored then runs allowed and then coin flip.
Higher seed is home
No time limit in semifinal and final games
Seedings will be determined by:
1. Best Record
2. Run differential
3.Total runs scored
4.Total runs Allowed
5. Coin Flip
Prize money: (based on minimum 12 teams)
1st place 400$ check and Championship T Shirts
2nd place 100$ credit towards any future So Cal Adult Softbal League or Tournament
